From next year we change the handling with the cleaning. From 2011, you have to pay the final cleaning (60 or 75 depending on length). Two reasons led to this action: on the one hand, there were several guests with the idea that the ships should pass cleaned by guests to the new crew, but of course our cleaning crew alltime cleaned and prepared for each vessel. This misunderstanding can't be any more. The other reason is that some emerging debates about the cleanliness of the boat when checking in, it was not pleasant for our guests and for us too. This action will help achieve two goals: clarity to the outside, that the vessels are cleaned according to our quality from our professional crew, and we avoid the discussion tolerable if a ship is returned clean or not clean.
